Serveerisime \u00fche t\u00fcki kahele inimesele, sest \u00fcle selle s\u00fc\u00fca ei jaksa. Aga parem s\u00fc\u00fca \u00fcks korralik t\u00fckk tummist kraami kui ajada sisse \u00fclearu neid &#8220;<i>light<\/i>&#8221; tooteid. Nagu ma juba ennist olen t\u00f5denud siin blogis, siis mulle super magusad magustoidud ei meeldi, ma ikka kipun sinna m\u00f5rudama ja hapukama poole kalduma. Kes on maias, peaks suhkru koguseid suurendama, v\u00f5i kasutama magusamat \u0161okolaadi. \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nSelle peaks ka \u00e4ra mainima, et selle koogi tegemine on lihtne aga v\u00f5tab kaua aega (k\u00fcpsemine, jahtumine jne).<\/p>\n<p><b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>600 g tumedat \u0161okolaadi (70%)<\/b><br \/>\n<b>375 g v\u00f5id<\/b><br \/>\n<b>250 ml vett<\/b><br \/>\n<b>200 g demerara suhkrut <\/b>(tavaline valge suhkur sobib ka)<br \/>\n<b>300 g nisujahu<\/b><br \/>\n<b>0,5 tl k\u00fcpsetuspulbrit<\/b><br \/>\n<b>4 suurt muna<\/b><br \/>\n<b>90 ml punast veini <\/b>(t\u00e4idlasemat, mis sobiks loomaliha ja pardi juurde)<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Glasuuriks:<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b>150 g tumedat \u0161okolaadi (70%)<\/b><br \/>\n<b>120 ml vahukoort<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 spl v\u00f5id<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 spl siirupit <\/b>(Dan Sukkeri omad on head, siirupiga ei teki glasuuris suhkrukristalle)<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt siis kokku kaaluda kuskile potti v\u00f5i suuremasse kastrulisse tume \u0161okolaad, v\u00f5i, vesi ja suhkur. Kasuta v\u00e4ga tasast kuumust, see tagab l\u00e4ikiva segu, liiga k\u00f5va kuumaga ei tule midagi v\u00e4lja. Siis kui segu on valmis, lase tal 30 minutit jahtuda ja valmista ette teised komponendid. S\u00f5elu kaussi jahu ja k\u00fcpsetuspulber, sega l\u00e4bi. Klopi lahti eraldi kausis 4 muna. Ning kaalu v\u00e4lja vein. Kui glasuur on \u00fchtlaselt segunenud ja sulanud, tuleb oodata 15 min, et glasuur oleks paraja konsistentsiga ja j\u00e4\u00e4b ilusasti koogi peale p\u00fcsima. Kui oled oma aja t\u00e4is oodanud, siis vala aga koogile peale. Mina otsustasin glasuuri mitte laiali ajada, lasin tal omasoodu voolata, kes tahab et oleks korrektsem, saab ise spaatli v\u00f5i muu vajaliku vidinaga \u00e4ra siluda. Siis on vaja J\u00c4LLE oodata, et glasuur taheneks (ta t\u00e4itsa k\u00f5vaks ei muutugi, see on pehmemat sorti glasuur), t\u00f5stsin ta korraks k\u00fclmkappi (u 15 min). Ja SIIS sai alles l\u00f5igata t\u00fcki ja maitsta. K\u00f5rvale sobis meie meelest \u00fcks kange kohv ilma piima ja suhkruta, v\u00e4ga m\u00f5nus luksuslik amps, mis t\u00e4idab isegi k\u00f5ige suurema \u0161hokohooliku isud :).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Igatahes v\u00e4ga rammus ja tugeva \u0161okolaadi maitsega kook.
