Kurk on \u00fcks \u00fctlemata m\u00f5nus k\u00f6\u00f6givili, mis koosneb 96% ulatuses veest, tal on organismi puhastav ja rahustav toime, ning ta on ka kasulik su nahale, nii et teda v\u00f5ib s\u00fc\u00fca nii palju kui isu on. Aga kui v\u00e4rskest kurgist on isu t\u00e4is, on variante mitmeid mida ette v\u00f5tta, n\u00e4iteks panna purki. Jagan teiega siis oma Ema retsepti, mida ta on 20 aastat teinud, ning mis on nii t\u00e4pselt \u00f5ige maigu ja tekstuuriga, et kusagil mujal paremat ei leidu :).<\/p>\n<p><b>Vaja on: <\/b>(v\u00e4ljatulek on 3 liitrine purgit\u00e4is)<br \/>\n<b>1,8-1,9 kilo kurki<\/b><br \/>\n<b>peot\u00e4is musts\u00f5stralehti<\/b><br \/>\n<b>3 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 tl tilliseemneid <\/b>(kuna praegu ei ole veel puitunud varrega tilli ega \u00f5isikuid, aga kui on siis kindlalt neid kasutada!!!)<br \/>\n<b>1 tl sinepiseemneid<\/b><br \/>\n<u><b>Marinaad:<\/b><\/u><br \/>\n<b>1,5 l vett<\/b><br \/>\n<b>3 spl soola<\/b><br \/>\n<b>3 spl suhkrut<\/b><br \/>\n<b>3 spl 30% \u00e4\u00e4dikat<\/b><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt siis pesta kurgid k\u00fclma veega. Siis v\u00f5tta puhas 3 l purk ja pikkupidi panna kurgid j\u00e4rjest sisse, eriti k\u00f5vasti suruda ei tohi, aga pisut ikka, et nad oleks v\u00f5imalikult tihkelt, kui on valida, siis v\u00f5iks alla panna suuremad ja priskemad kurgid, peale poole v\u00f5iks panna pisemad, kuna kui otsast s\u00f6\u00f6ma hakkad, on pealmised ruttu l\u00e4bi t\u00f5mmanud ja alumised j\u00f5uavad ka selleks ajaks j\u00e4rgi kui nende kord on. Siis kui kurgid on pikkupidi laotud, pane musts\u00f5stralehed, hakitud k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcned, tilliseemned ja sinepiseemned. Kas kasutada kuuma marinaadi, mille abil saad kurki juba \u00f5htul s\u00fc\u00fca (eriti veel kui paned teki sisse).<br \/>\n2. V\u00f5i kasutada jahtunud marinaadi, mis v\u00f5tab aega p\u00e4ev-kaks, kuid kurk on m\u00f5nusalt kr\u00f5mps ja seest veel rohekas.<\/p>\n<p>Meie v\u00f5i siis minu lemmik on teine variant, pealt m\u00f5nusalt hapukas-soolakas, seest v\u00e4rske ja magus. Aga eks igal\u00fchel omad :).<\/p>\n<p>Kui marinaad on peale kallatud, siis kaas peale ja seisma.
