V\u00f5ta suurem kauss v\u00f5i pott ja s\u00f5elu sinna jahu. Sega jahu ja p\u00e4rmisegu kokku, tekib m\u00f5nus pehme taigen. T\u00f5sta t\u00f6\u00f6pinnale ja s\u00f5tku 5 min. Uuesti kaussi tagasi, kata toidukilega ja lase toatemperatuuril 10-12 tundi seista.<\/p>\n<p><b>2 p\u00e4ev, (ehk siis hommik)<\/b><br \/>\n<b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>15 g pressp\u00e4rmi v\u00f5i 7 g kuivp\u00e4rmi<\/b><br \/>\n<b>400 ml sooja vett<\/b><br \/>\n<b>250 g t\u00e4isteranisujahu <\/b>(mulle meeldib, et ta annab juurde v\u00e4rvi, tekstuuri ja maitset)(v\u00f5ib terve jahu koguses kasutada ainult nisujahu ka).<br \/>\n<b>250 g nisujahu<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 tl peenikest soola<\/b><br \/>\n<b>4-5 p\u00e4ikesekuivatatud tomatit \u00f5lis<\/b><br \/>\n<b>3-4 spl seda sama \u00f5li<\/b><br \/>\n<b>v\u00e4rsket t\u00fc\u00fcmiani<\/b><br \/>\n<b>v\u00e4rsket basiilikut<\/b><\/p>\n<p><a style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-NjjbsQzvnzo\/V1HEnG-WrXI\/AAAAAAAAAxs\/R6t1LU0gaEELh3b0a6ZkrJ2Q1kDS5QnTgCLcB\/s1600\/DSCN1188.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-NjjbsQzvnzo\/V1HEnG-WrXI\/AAAAAAAAAxs\/R6t1LU0gaEELh3b0a6ZkrJ2Q1kDS5QnTgCLcB\/s320\/DSCN1188.JPG\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>Sega 100 ml sooja vett p\u00e4rmiga, lase 5-7 min seista ja siis sega juurde \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud 300 ml vett. Kalla p\u00e4rmisegu p\u00e4ev enne valminud juuretise hulka ja sega l\u00e4bi, tuleb selline vedel ja pl\u00f6dine konsistents.<\/p>\n<p>Siis s\u00f5elu juurde pool kilo jahu, tekib pehme taigen. Siis lisa sool, hakitud p\u00e4ikesekuivatatud tomatid, \u00f5li, hakitud t\u00fc\u00fcmian ja basiilik. Ma \u00fcrtide koguseid ei pannud teadlikult, sest seda peaks iga\u00fcks otsustama, kui palju ta neid tahab, sest nad suhteliselt tugevamaitselised. Samuti, kes tahab tomatisemat saia, peaks panema p\u00e4ikesekuivatatud tomateid rohkem, mina tahtsin et oleks vaid \u00f5rn aroom juures, et ruulima j\u00e4\u00e4ks ikka ciabatta ise. Siis t\u00f5sta nad k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga kaetud ahjupannile ja alles siis pane ahi 220 kraadi juurde soojenema, kuna nad tahavad ka veel ahjupannil kerkida pisut aega. K\u00fcpsetada tuleks keskmisel siinil umbes 25-30 minutit, eks ole n\u00e4ha, kui pealt kuldseks t\u00f5mbab.
