Muidu need maasikad kaotavad oma v\u00e4rvi, tekstuuri ja m\u00f5nusa magus-hapuka maitse. Tegin m\u00f5nusalt k\u00f5va liivataigna, mis hoidis l\u00f5puni kooki koos, ei pudenenud ega murenenud. Peale panin kohupiima segu ja p\u00e4ris peale v\u00e4rskeid maasikaid, v\u00e4ga m\u00f5nus :).<\/p>\n<p><b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b><u>Liivataigen:<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b>300 g jahu<\/b><br \/>\n<b>200 g v\u00f5id<\/b><br \/>\n<b>100 g suhkrut<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 muna<\/b><br \/>\n<b>n\u00e4puotsat\u00e4is soola<\/b><\/p>\n<p>! Taigen v\u00f5tab siin koogi juures k\u00f5ige rohkem aega, kel aega pole, tee tavaline k\u00fcpsise-sulav\u00f5i p\u00f5hi, k\u00fcpseta \u00e4ra, jahuta maha ja saadki muud komponendid lisada. ! \ud83d\ude42<br \/>\nAga mul on aega :D. K\u00fcpsetada tuleks umbes 15-20 minutit, oleneb ahjust, koogip\u00f5hi peaks olema kuldpruunikas, siis on valmis. Koogip\u00f5hjale pane \u00e4\u00e4reni kohupiimat\u00e4idist, silu ilusasti \u00e4ra, vali maasikatest meelep\u00e4rased v\u00e4lja ja laota ja l\u00f5ika kuidas tahad. Siis pintselda siirupiga \u00fcle ja k\u00fclmkappi seisma (tegelt v\u00f5ib siirupit ka p\u00e4rast k\u00fclmkapis seismist koogile peale pintseldada, kuidas iganes on soovi).
