Siis kaalu v\u00e4lja suhkur. Pane pliidile ja lase madalal kuumusel podiseda, vispelda umbes 5 minutit, see paksenemine toimub v\u00e4ga \u00e4kki, nii et kuskile r\u00e4ndama sellel ajal minna ei saa, tuleb pliidi juures olla. Siis kui paksenemine on toimunud, vispelda veel paar minutit ja v\u00f5ta tulelt. V\u00f5ta k\u00fclmkapik\u00fclm v\u00f5i ja vispelda vajalik kogus sisse. Ja ongi ta valmis. Mikserda niikaua, et vahukoor hoiab end (aga \u00e4ra v\u00f5iks lase), siis lisa endale meelep\u00e4rane kogus kohupiimakreemi. Siis j\u00e4rgmine kiht panin sidruniv\u00f5iet, paar lusikat\u00e4it ikka. J\u00e4rgmine kiht on v\u00e4rsked vaarikad, m\u00f5nus suvel\u00f5hn. Viimaseks kihiks panin vahukoore-kohupiimakreemi, kuna muidu hakkavad vaarikad oma mahla v\u00e4lja laskma ja ei ole see kreem enam valge.
