Lihtne ja konkreetne tegemine. Kasvuhoones laiavad basiilikud, mis lausa ootavad, et nendest pestot tehtaks. M\u00f5eldud tehtud, basiilikupestol on minu jaoks suve l\u00f5hn ja maitse. Miks mina ise teen (mitte ei osta poest), on loomulikult see v\u00e4rske basiiliku l\u00f5hn ja maik, teiseks p\u00f5hjuseks on see, et mina n\u00e4iteks lisan rohkem piiniaseemneid ja v\u00e4hem k\u00fc\u00fcslauku, sest kui ise teed, oled toorainete jaotamise boss ja teed mis tahad :). Samal ajal v\u00f5id kaussi juba valmis panna p\u00e4rmit\u00fcki, soola ja suhkru. Siis lisa soe piim ja sega, kuni on \u00fchtlane. Siis sega taignasse kanamunad ja \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4nud (200g) jahu. P\u00e4ris taignane konsistents (peabki olema :D). Viimasena kalla juurde jahtunud sulav\u00f5i. Sega v\u00f5i korralikult taignasse, mudi sisse. Siis valmista ette k\u00fcpsetusvorm, l\u00f5ika alla k\u00fcpsetuspaberist ristk\u00fclik ja k\u00fcljed m\u00e4\u00e4ri v\u00f5iga. Siis kalla taigen vormi ja kata r\u00e4tikuga.
