Selle k\u00f5ige puhul tegin \u00fche kringli, korraliku, magusa, t\u00e4idist t\u00e4is kringli. Loomulikult on kringli juures oluline, et ei tuleks v\u00e4lja kuiv ja k\u00f5va rosinasai, olen selliseid kringleid s\u00f6\u00f6nud ja j\u00e4\u00e4vad ainult kurku kinni. Kuna see kringel on \u00fclimahlane, siis pisut selle all kannatab v\u00e4ljan\u00e4gemine, ma ei tee taigent nii k\u00f5va (lisan v\u00e4hem jahu) ja panen vanakooli keedukreemi t\u00e4idist nii palju kui mahub. P\u00e4rm kaussi, 1 tl suhkrut peale ja h\u00f5\u00f5ruda vedelaks. V\u00f5tta kastrul ja soojendada piim, nii et piim oleks k\u00e4esoe, kui on liiga kuum, sureb p\u00e4rm, kui liiga jahe, siis tainas lihtsalt ei kerki, v\u00f5i on eriti uimane. Siis kaalu v\u00e4lja pool jahukogusest ja pane k\u00f5ik kaussi kokku (p\u00e4rm, suhkur, leige piim ja jahu). Siis kuumuta segu, pidevalt sega vispliga ja j\u00e4lgi, sest see paksenemine toimub \u00e4kki. Siis tuleks kurnata rosinad ja neid jahus veeretada. Siis tuleks tainas l\u00f5igata neljaks, kasutasin isegi joonlauda, silm ei seleta mul t\u00e4psust. Ja siis pole muud kunsti kui jaotada allaserva rosinad, keedukreem ja kokku rullida.<\/p>\n<p>Kaks v\u00e4iksemat taignariba panin omavahel p\u00f5imingusse ja suured omavahel. Siis tuleks v\u00f5tta ahjupann ja v\u00f5iga kokku m\u00e4\u00e4rida\/v\u00f5i kasutada k\u00fcpsetuspaberit. Siis transportida pool kringlit ja pool kringlit pannile ja siis seal nad omavahel kokku p\u00f5imida. Kui kuumus on saavutatud, on kringel j\u00f5udnud pannil piisavalt kerkida. <u>Vahetult enne <\/u>ahju panekut\u00a0tuleks m\u00e4\u00e4rida lahtiklopitud munaga. K\u00fcpsetamisaeg oli umbes 15 minutit, oleneb ahjust ja k\u00f5igest muust, tuleb ise ikka j\u00e4lgida ja kainet m\u00f5istust hoida, kui on ikka pruun varem, tuleks v\u00e4lja v\u00f5tta.<\/p>\n<p>Igatahes, kui ta k\u00fcpseb, on aeg teha ka \u0161okolaadiglasuur, mul abikaasa \u00fctles, et ilma glasuurita ei ole mingi \u00f5ige kringel, seega teeme selle ka ruttu valmis.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>\u0160okolaadiglasuur:<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>75 g tuhksuhkrut<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 tl kakaod<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 spl piima<\/b><br \/>\n<b>15 g v\u00f5id<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Suhkur ja kakao s\u00f5eluda kaussi (ma ei viitsinud s\u00f5eluda ja ei juhtunud ka midagi hullu sellest), siis kastrulisse panna piim ja v\u00f5i, kuumutada, lisada tuhksuhkru-kakao segu ja segada, kuni on \u00fchtlane. Meil jahtus umbes 15 min, siis l\u00f5ime hambad sisse ja s\u00f5ime mis m\u00fchises.
