Praegu on meil k\u00fcll suvik\u00f5rvitsaid \u00fclearu, ei j\u00f5ua nii ruttu s\u00fc\u00fca kui nad kasvavad. Frittatat on kerge ja kiire valmistada ning tulemus ei j\u00e4\u00e4 alla pitsadele v\u00f5i quiche-idele, sinna sisse saad panna k\u00f5ike mida s\u00fcda ihkab v\u00f5i \u00fclej\u00e4\u00e4gid k\u00fclmkapist. K\u00f5ige olulisem on maitsestus, mage muna-suvik\u00f5rvitsa segu ei k\u00f5la eriti ahvatlevalt. Siis praen k\u00f5ik selle segu l\u00e4bi, et suvik\u00f5rvits saaks ka kuuma. Selleks ma lausa mikserdasin munad (tavaliselt ma l\u00f6\u00f6n kahvliga vahtu, aga siin toidus on oluline mida \u00f5hulisemalt klopitud munad, seda parem l\u00f5pptulemus). Siis maitsestasin j\u00e4lle soola ja pipraga ning lisasin ka sortsu piima.<br \/>\nPanni suurus on oluline, need sobivad vahekorrad tuleb ise v\u00e4lja nuputada.<br \/>\nSiis kallan munasegu suvik\u00f5rvitsa segule, keeran tuld v\u00e4iksemaks, kaas peale ja las k\u00fcpseb. Aega kulus umbes 15 min. M\u00f5ni paneb frittata ahju, m\u00f5ni praeb m\u00f5lemalt poolt, igasuguseid variante on. Mina lasen rahulikult kaane all valmis saada.
