Ta on \u00fcpriski m\u00f5rkjas mari, et niisama kobarat s\u00f6\u00f6ma ei kipu, kui siis paar marjakest. P\u00f5hjus oli marjade k\u00fcpsusastmes, esimene kord olid marjad pool-k\u00fcpsed ja pektiinirikkad, teine kord oli nad t\u00e4iesti valminud ja tee v\u00f5i tina, ei muutu \u017eeleeks (no ehk oleks muutunud kui oleks veel paar tundi keetnud, aga siis oleks ta olnud liiga magus, et poleks s\u00fc\u00fca k\u00f5lvanud). Ei hakanud ka mingit keemikut m\u00e4ngima, vaid j\u00e4tsime ta <strong>siirupiks<\/strong>, maitsev on ta niikuinii.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tegumood on m\u00f5lemil t\u00e4pselt sama, erinevad ainult kogused.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b><u>\u017delee<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 kg marju<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 l vett<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 kg suhkurt<\/b><br \/>\n<b><br \/>\n<\/b><b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b><u>Siirup<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b>3 kg marju<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1,5 l vett<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1,5 kg suhkrut<\/b><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt tuleks marjad \u00e4ra korjata, \u00e4ra puhastada ning panna s\u00fcgavk\u00fclma.
