Siis panna ta soolaga maitsestatud vette keema, mul l\u00e4ks ikka p\u00e4ris kaua aega, kui esimene leht tahtis lahti tulla, eks see oleneb kapsa suurusest ja vanusest. Lisan nad k\u00fcpsel kujul hakklihale ja maitsestan julgelt soola ja pipraga, lisan ka peot\u00e4ie tilli s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmast. Alus kuhu paned kapsalehe pisut ajaks jahtuma, hakkliha kauss ja ahjupann, kuhu valmis rullid peale s\u00e4tid. Kui esimene rull on valmis, v\u00f5ib ahju 200 kraadi juurde soojenema panna. Mina l\u00f5ikasin \u00e4ra selle paksu varre koha, sest see eriti \u00e4ra ei k\u00fcpse ja siis j\u00e4rjest hakkasingi neid t\u00e4itma, suurtele (ehk siis v\u00e4limistele) lehtedele panin rohkem hakkliha, sisemistele v\u00e4hem.
