Kartulikotletid on geniaalsed, kuna saab lisaks keedukartulile \u00e4ra kasutada veel mis iganes k\u00fclmkapis \u00fcle on. Siis riivisin parmesani, l\u00f5in sisse munad, t\u00fc\u00fcmiani, purustatud k\u00fc\u00fcslaugud ja lisasin soola ja pipart, segasin segu k\u00e4tega l\u00e4bi. Kui tekib selline pall, et ta hoiab end koos, siis v\u00f5ib hakata kotlette vorpima.
