Meie naabrinaine, kes meile piima ja mune m\u00fc\u00fcb, otsustas oma kukkede hulka v\u00e4hendada, kuna ruineerivad kanu ja kaklevad koguaeg omavahel, seega ostsime elusad kuked ja tegime nendega mis vaja, et neid saaks potti panna. Kuna need kuked olid sel kevadel alles tibud, siis liha ei ole nii vintske kui mitmeaastasel muneval-kanal. Vett tuleks panna nii palju, et t\u00fckid on kaetud ja \u00fcle ka veel, vett ei tasuks liiga palju panna muidu tuleb laga maitse. Siis vaiksele tulele, et t\u00f5useks segu keema. Vaikselt hakkab ilmnema vahtu, mille peaks pealt \u00e4ra riisuma. Kui sellist halli vahtu enam pole, pisut valget vahtu j\u00e4\u00e4b alati, siis v\u00f5ib sisse panna maitseained: sibulad, loorberid, musta terapipra ja v\u00fcrtsi terad. Vaidlemiskoht on kas panna soola kohe v\u00f5i alles siis kui puljong hakkab valmis saama, k\u00f5igil on sellekohapealt erinev arvamus, mina panen natuke koos maitseainetega soola ja l\u00f5pus panen siis rohkem, et oleks maitsekas.<br \/>\nPuljongit ma keetsin umbes 3-4 tundi, madalal kuumusel, sest kui ta \u00e4gedalt keeb v\u00f5ib j\u00e4\u00e4da ta sogane.
