Suppidel k\u00f5ige olulisem ongi leem, kui see on maitsetu, halb v\u00f5i feik siis kahjuks ei p\u00e4\u00e4sta seda suppi enam mitte miski. Mina \u00fctlen ausalt, muidugi kes ikka ennast kiidab kui mitte ise, aga see on parim kana-klimbisupp mida ma kunagi s\u00f6\u00f6nud olen. Keda ei h\u00e4iri puljongikuubiku maitse ja endal v\u00e4rsket puljongit pole, siis julgelt lasku see k\u00e4iku. K\u00f5igepealt siis ma koorin ja t\u00fckeldan kuubikuteks porgandi, sibula ja k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu. Siis panen poti tulele ja lisan pisut \u00f5li, siis kuumutan porgandi, sibula ja k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu koos l\u00e4bi, v\u00e4ga hea l\u00f5hn tuleb juba. Siis kui porgand on pisut pehmem, lisan ma puljongi ja lasen keema t\u00f5usta, selle aja jooksul teen ma valmis klimbitaigna. Selleks klopin kahvliga kausis lahti 3 muna, lisan umbes 2 dl jahu, oleneb k\u00f5ik munade suurusest ja kui ilusaid klimpe keegi tahab. Mul see ilu eriti oluline pole, vaid see et klimbid oleks pehmed, selleks l\u00e4hebki v\u00e4hem jahu. Kui klimbitaigen on valmis, panen ta k\u00f5rvale ja uurin potis toimuvat. Maitsen, porgand, sibul ja k\u00fc\u00fcslauk on andnud m\u00f5nusa n\u00fcansi juba t\u00e4iuslikule puljongile. Siis kui ma olen rahul, lisan sisse klimbid, \u00fckshaaval teelusika suurused. Viimasena lisan kukelihat\u00fckikesed kontide \u00fcmbert, mis mul puljongikeetmisest \u00fcle j\u00e4id.<\/p>\n<p>Valmis ta ongi, leidsin ka s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmutatud tilli ja lisasin seda siis supile kui ta enam ei kee.
