Lihtsad kaneelirullid saab v\u00e4ga lihtsalt muundada pidusaiaks, mis n\u00e4eb v\u00e4lja uhkem. Siis v\u00f5tsin suurema kausi, panin sinna p\u00e4rmi ja sellest suhkrukogusest 1 tl, ning h\u00f5\u00f5run p\u00e4rmi vedelaks. Siis kaalun ka v\u00e4lja pool jahu kogusest (u 250 g), selleks ajaks on piim kindlalt juba k\u00e4esoe, ning lisan ta p\u00e4rmi-suhkru segusse, lisan ka jahu, selline hapukoore paksusega peaks olema. Madalal temperatuuril lasen vaikselt sulada, siis lisan ka v\u00f5i, siis tuleks segu pisut aega (u 2-3 min) vispeldada, kuni segu pakseneb.
