Kuna seda saab vormis k\u00fcpsetada, peaks tainas olema v\u00f5imalikult pehme (v\u00e4hese jahuga), siis tuleb k\u00fcpsetis pehme. Tegin karaski p\u00e4tsikesi, kuna mul polnud \u00f5ige suurusega vormi, mingi mega-peenikest karaskit ma ka teha ei tahtnud, seega tegin sellised numpsikud. K\u00fcpsetamisaeg v\u00e4henes umbes 10 minuti v\u00f5rra, seega algusest l\u00f5puni said karaski p\u00e4tsikesed valmis 20 minutiga :).<\/p>\n<p>Ahjusoe k\u00fcpsetis n\u00f5uab lausa v\u00f5id endale peale, n\u00fc\u00fcd oli mul p\u00f5hjus v\u00f5tta v\u00e4lja augustis kokku keeratud \u00fcrdiv\u00f5id, karaskile m\u00e4\u00e4risin peale vahemere oma. \u00dcrdiv\u00f5id leiab <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=177\">siit.<\/a><\/p>\n<p><b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 pakk ricotta kohupiima (200g)<\/b><br \/>\n<b>200 g piima<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 muna<\/b><br \/>\n<b>soola <\/b>(u 1 tl ilma kuhjata)<br \/>\n<b>1 spl mett<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 spl sulav\u00f5id<\/b><br \/>\n<b>120 g odrajahu<\/b><br \/>\n<b>60 g t\u00e4istera-nisujahu<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 tl soodat<\/b><\/p>\n<table style=\"float: left; margin-right: 1em; text-align: left;\" cellspacing=\"0\" cellpadding=\"0\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\"><a style=\"clear: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\" href=\"https:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-4urYOD0aaEU\/WDv6ldFR8AI\/AAAAAAAABGU\/0PM-etbkeOgUJ_zY05Rbp8CogIlXe16ZQCLcB\/s1600\/DSCN2110.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/3.bp.blogspot.com\/-4urYOD0aaEU\/WDv6ldFR8AI\/AAAAAAAABGU\/0PM-etbkeOgUJ_zY05Rbp8CogIlXe16ZQCLcB\/s320\/DSCN2110.JPG\" width=\"320\" height=\"240\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">Jahud ja sooda-\/-kohupiim, muna, sulav\u00f5i, piim, mesi, sool<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt siis ahi 200 kraadi juurde soojenema. J\u00e4rgmisena tuleks kastrulis \u00e4ra sulatada v\u00f5i. Kui need tehtud, saab pihta hakata. Siis pole muud kunsti kui kallata tainas vormi ja ahju ta l\u00e4kski. Kuna mina kasutasin muffinivormi siis k\u00fcpsetamisaeg oli mul umbes 10 minutit, kui on vormis k\u00fcpsetatav karask v\u00f5ib k\u00fcpsemisaeg pikeneda. Pealt peaks ta m\u00f5nusalt pruunikas olema.
