Mina otsustasin ka see aasta v\u00e4lja t\u00f6\u00f6tada oma taigna. Toetusin umbes neljale retseptile ja lisaks k\u00fcsisin n\u00f5u oma onult kes on meie perekonna piparkoogimeister, kuidas tema paark\u00fcmmend aastat tagasi ise piparkoogitaigent tegi (kui polnud saada k\u00f5iki komponente mis on t\u00e4na saada). Siia eelnes ka mitu taignategu millega ma ei olnud rahul, just maitse poole pealt, aga need said minu jaoks lahendatud ja siin ta ongi.<\/p>\n<p>Panen siia koguse, millest tuleb v\u00e4lja umbes 1 kilo ja sada grammi peale. J\u00e4rgmisena tuleks poti v\u00f5i kastruli p\u00f5hja v\u00e4lja kaaluda 75 g suhkrut ning see pliidile panna. K\u00f5rvale potti pane apelsinimahl- ja koor soojenema. N\u00fc\u00fcd on iga\u00fche oma valik kui kaugele ta suhkru laseb (ehk kui pruuniks ta k\u00f5rvetab) mina lasen pigem v\u00e4hem, kuna see k\u00f5rbend suhkru maik v\u00f5ib l\u00f5ppkokkuv\u00f5ttes taigna \u00e4ra rikkuda, mulle meeldib seda m\u00f5rkjust lisada pigem v\u00fcrtsidega.<br \/>\n<a style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-eU884oK70E4\/WEFFKi7n73I\/AAAAAAAABHs\/DQO1HIdKHEsDl6GprfT_q4M0s-CyKHYpwCLcB\/s1600\/DSCN2147.JPG\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/2.bp.blogspot.com\/-eU884oK70E4\/WEFFKi7n73I\/AAAAAAAABHs\/DQO1HIdKHEsDl6GprfT_q4M0s-CyKHYpwCLcB\/s200\/DSCN2147.JPG\" width=\"200\" height=\"150\" border=\"0\" \/><\/a>Igatahes kui suhkur on nii pruunistunud nagu soovid, lisa kuum apelsinimahl sulanud suhkrusse, aga ole ettevaatlik sest v\u00f5ib pritsida, kohe samal ajal kui kallad v\u00f5ta ka vispel ja sega, aga \u00e4ra end \u00e4ra k\u00f5rveta. Kui see kraad on saavutatud, v\u00f5i tunned k\u00e4ega et ei ole enam nii kuum, tuleks lisada hapukoor ja lahtiklopitud muna ning segada \u00fchtlaseks massiks. Segada nad omavahel l\u00e4bi. Siis jahu s\u00f5eluda siirupisegusse ja segada kiiresti \u00fchtlaseks massiks.
