Siis k\u00f5rval pannil ma teen valmis sisu, milleks on \u00fcrdiv\u00f5i, ricotta, koha kala, spinat ja sool-pipar, kuumutan nad l\u00e4bi ja segan kokku. J\u00e4rgmisena asetan teokesed vormi ja hakkan neid sisuga t\u00e4itma, kasutan selleks teelusikat.<\/div>\n<div>Kui k\u00f5ik on valmis, siis ahju. Kokku oli ta mul seal u 18 min, kui 10 minutit oli m\u00f6\u00f6das lisasin parmesani, \u00f5nneks teda on mul kodus pidevalt olemas.
