Sellest tulenevalt, on sinna energia juba l\u00e4inud, pole igakord vaja veel hakata elektriahju soojendama. Paningi siis m\u00f5nusalt marineeritud metssea jala endale puuk\u00fcttega ahju k\u00fcpsema, ta oli mul seal umbes 5 tundi. Puuk\u00fcttega ahi reguleerib end ise, algul on mega kuumus (mis on hea, v\u00f5tab pealt mahlad kinni) ja siis vaikselt hakkab jahtuma ja liha k\u00fcpseb t\u00e4pselt \u00f5igel temperatuuril edasi. See ahi on ka v\u00e4gav\u00e4ga vana, mu vanavanaema, kes oli \u00fcle k\u00fcla tuntud tordimeister, k\u00fcpsetas seal k\u00f5ik, alustades biskviitidest, leibadest ja l\u00f5petades suurte seapraadide ja hautistega, tema oli nii kogenud et teadis ahjuust katsudes, mis kraad ahjus umbes on. Siis m\u00e4\u00e4rida pisukese \u00f5liga jalg kokku ja lisada pooled purustatud k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcned, sool ja pipar, h\u00f5\u00f5ruda m\u00f5nusalt see segu laiali ja lihasse sisse. Kuna see jalg oli suhteliselt suur, teen ma teise poole eraldi, korraga ei saanud. Aga loomulikult me neljakesi ei j\u00f5udnud tervet seda jalga \u00e4ra nosida, kuid mida temaga teha on variante palju. Mina j\u00e4rgmine p\u00e4ev teen korraliku <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=151\">lihav\u00f5ileiva<\/a>, koos k\u00f5ige hea ja paremaga, saab teha gulja\u0161\u0161i, supi sisse l\u00f5igata viile, riisitoitudest n\u00e4iteks plovi sisse.
