V\u00f5ib kasutada erinevate loomade liha ja soovituslikult ajada ise liha l\u00e4bi hakklihamasina, mida ma olen juba aastaid teinud ja poes m\u00fc\u00fcdavate hakklihade poole ei vaatagi. Osa tarbin kohe ja osa karbiga s\u00fcgavk\u00fclma oma j\u00e4rgmist korda ootama. Pane pann tulele, lisa \u00f5li ja prae sibul-k\u00fc\u00fcslauk natuke klaasjaks ja aromaatseks.<\/p>\n<p>Siis lisa hakkliha ja prae l\u00e4bi nii, et tooreid t\u00fckke enam pole, lisa ka kohe pisut soola, siis on hiljem lihtsam maitseid paika saada.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4rgmisena lisan jahu ja praen ta hakklihaga koos l\u00e4bi, nii et jahu k\u00f5ik ilusti l\u00e4bi k\u00fcpseks, isegi kui natuke j\u00e4\u00e4b panni k\u00fclge kinni, siis see tuleb hiljem k\u00f5ik lahti, peaasi et seda jahu tooreks ei j\u00e4ta.<\/p>\n<p>N\u00fc\u00fcd peale hapukoor ja hapukoorepaki loputusvesi, lisan ka sortsu piima ja lasen keema t\u00f5usta.
