Rikastada saab seda torti koduste keedu-ja toormoosidega. Selleks kaalun k\u00f5ik komponendid kaussi ja n\u00e4pin nad kokku, v\u00f5ib ka laual kokku hakkida noaga, kuidas kellelgi mugavam. Siis kui on moodustunud \u00fchtlane pallike, tuleks ta 15 minutiks kilesse ja k\u00fclmkappi panna. Kui see aeg on m\u00f6\u00f6das, tuleks ahi 220 kraadi juurde kuumenema panna ja rullida liivap\u00f5hi k\u00fcpsetuspaberil 23 cm suuruseks. M\u00f5\u00f5tmiseks kasutasin lahtik\u00e4iva koogivormi p\u00f5hja. Vooderda ka koogivorm k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga. Siis munad ja suhkur kaussi ning anda hagu, umbes 13-15 minutit, kuni on tugev, hele vaht. Teises kausis sega kokku kuivained: jahu, k\u00fcpsetuspulber ja t\u00e4rklis. Siis s\u00f5elu kuivained munasegusse ja kiirete liigutustega k\u00e4ega \u00fclevalt alla t\u00f5sta segu segamini, et ei j\u00e4\u00e4ks t\u00fckke. Biskviidi keerasin \u00fcmber ja immutasin umbes 50 ml piimaga, sest piim ei tee biskviiti jaburalt magusaks nagu teevad mahlad ja siirupid.<\/div>\n<div>Siis viilutasin banaanid, laotasin nad koos maasika toormoosiga liivap\u00f5hja peale ja saingi tordi kokku panna.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<p>Kuid n\u00fc\u00fcd hakkab k\u00f5ige maitsvama osa valmistamine, milleks on loomulikult<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div><b><u>Sefiir:<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>6 munavalget <\/b>(munakollased kasutasin \u00e4ra <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=235\">laimikoogis<\/a>)<\/div>\n<div><b>400 g suhkrut<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>160 g vett<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>2 tl sidrunhapet <\/b>(tuleb hapukas sefiir, mis meile sobib)<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>K\u00f5igepealt tuleks alustada suhkrusiirupi keetmisest, selles panen kastrulisse 350 g suhkrut ja 160 g vett ning lasen pliidi peal podisema.<\/div>\n<div>Kuna mul on k\u00f6\u00f6giabiline mis aitab mul sefiiri teha, siis ma saan mitut asja korraga teha, selleks panen vahustama 6 munavalget. Kui on tekkinud juba selline valge k\u00f5vem vaht siis lisan 50 g suhkrut, see aitab stabiliseerida munavalget ja sefiir tuleb kindlapeale v\u00e4lja. Kui see on tehtud, lisasin ma oma masinale vunki juurde, lisasin sidrunhappe ja lasin tal umbes 10 minutit peaaegu t\u00e4isv\u00f5imsusel t\u00f6\u00f6tada, et ta saavutaks tihke vahu konsistentsi.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Siis kui sefiir on valmis, panin ma ta kotti ja sakilise t\u00fcllega kaunistasin oma tordi nii nagu oli tuju.
