Minul oli s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmas veiset\u00fckk, esikus porgandit ja bataati, nendest ja m\u00f5ningatest lisanditest see imemaitsev s\u00f6\u00f6k tekkiski. Lisandiks v\u00f5ib teha \u00fcksk\u00f5ik mida, ma keetsin spagette, aga kes tahab kaloreid kontrolli all hoida, v\u00f5ib k\u00f5rvale teha v\u00e4rske salati.<\/p>\n<div>\n<div><b>Vaja on:<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>u 600 g veiseliha v\u00e4list\u00fckk<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00fcrdiv\u00f5id<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00f5li<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>1 suur sibul<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>3 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>1 purk (u 0,5 l)<a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=181\"> kodust tomatipastat<\/a><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>0,5 l vett<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>3 porgandit<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>1 suurem bataat<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>2 loorberilehte<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>u 0,5 l kodust ulukipuljongit<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>t\u00fc\u00fcmiani <\/b>(aiast saab veel noppida, kuna lund v\u00e4he :).<\/div>\n<div><b>sool;pipar<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Mina k\u00fcpsetasin teda puuk\u00fcttega ahjus, kui kasutad elektriahju siis tuleks ta sooja panna, umbes 170-180 kraadini (ajaliselt ma \u00f6elda ei oska, kuid valmis on pada siis kui kahvliga lihale pihta minnes ta mureneb koheselt.)<\/div>\n<div>K\u00f5igepealt valmistasin ma ette juurikad. Koorisin porgandi ja bataadi ning l\u00f5ikasin nad parajateks t\u00fckkideks. Panin purgi kodust tomatipastat, mis on m\u00f5nusalt maitsestatud ning lisasin ka selle sama purgit\u00e4ie vett, lisasin ka ulukipuljongit, mis on m\u00f5nusalt tume ja maitseid t\u00e4is. Siis segasin k\u00f5ik pisut segi ja lisasin soola ja pipra keerud.<\/div>\n<div>Ahjus olevat kraadi ma ei tea t\u00e4pselt, aga ahjus oli ta mul 3 tundi, viimased 0,5 tundi ilma kaaneta, et kaste m\u00f5nusalt pakseneks.
