Hiidkrevetid on ideaalsed selle jaoks, valmivad ruttu ja on laual pilkup\u00fc\u00fcdvad. Ma ei marineeri ega maitsesta hiidkrevette ennem grillimist, vaid pintseldan neid \u00fcrdiv\u00f5iga ning hiljem teen dipikastme, mis v\u00f5ib olla t\u0161illine v\u00f5i mahe, k\u00fc\u00fcslaugune v\u00f5i \u00fcrdirohke, mida iganes. Ei tasu liiga teha kreveti enda magusale maitsele.<br \/>Kahjuks meil siin p\u00f5hjas elades on v\u00e4ga raske saada v\u00e4rsket krevetti, seda muidugi m\u00f5nikord liigub aga harva. Olen n\u00fc\u00fcd palju ostnud s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmutatud ja olen lasnud tal \u00f6\u00f6p\u00e4ev sulada k\u00fclmkapis, omas pakis. Kindlasti tuleb j\u00e4lgida et krevetid oleks hallid ja v\u00f5iks olla sabaosa koor ka peal, siis k\u00fcpsevad nad mahlasemad. Kui juba on pakis punased krevetid siis see t\u00e4hendab et nad on juba eelkeedetud ja k\u00fcpsed. Panin keskmiselt k\u00f5vema kuumuse ja laotasin krevetid restile. kohe pintseldasin ka esimese tiiru \u00fcrdiv\u00f5iga. Siis keerasin teistpidi ja samuti pintseldasin. Natuke k\u00f5vem kuumus s\u00f6estab pisut krevetikoort andes m\u00f5nusama meki.<br \/><b>\u00dclek\u00fcpsetada neid ei tasuks<\/b>, muutuvad kummiseks ja raskesti n\u00e4ritavaks.
