Asetan nad k\u00fcpsetuspaberiga kaetud pannile ja panen nad ahju k\u00fcpsema. Neid tuleks aegajalt segada ja kokku olid nad mul ahjus 15 minutit.<br \/>Siis liigun edasi r\u00f6stimise juurde. Selleks hakin india p\u00e4hklid pisut v\u00e4iksemaks ja segan nad seemnesegu ja kookoselaastudega kokku. Kuumutan panni !ilma rasvaineta! ja r\u00f6stin nad seal \u00f5rnalt pruunikaks, segu tuleb pidevalt j\u00e4lgida, kuna pisikesed p\u00e4hkli t\u00fckid v\u00f5ivad k\u00f5rbema minna ja see rikub kogu maitse \u00e4ra. Segad ja hoiad silma peal, kuni nad on \u00f5rnalt pruunikad ja tunned nende l\u00f5hna.
