Mina kasutasin enda tehtud hapukapsast, soolaliha, porgandit ja maitsek\u00f6\u00f6givilju, ei lisanud ma kruupe ega kartulit, lihtsalt ei n\u00e4inud vajadust. Oluline on saada tasakaal soola-magusa-hapu vahel, kui see on paigas siis ta teeb nii m\u00f5nelegi teisele supile silmad ette.<\/p>\n<div><b>Vaja on:<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>u 250 g soolaliha (ilma kamarata)<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>\u00f5li<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>1 sibul<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>2 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>3 porgandit<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>u 2-2,5 l vett<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>u 600 g <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=155\">kodust hapukapsast\u00a0<\/a><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>sool;suhkur;pipar<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>mini sorts \u00e4\u00e4dikat v\u00f5i marinaadi vedeliku<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>K\u00f5igepealt hakkisin soolaliha kuubikuteks ja panin ootele. Siis hakkisin sibula ja k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu v\u00e4ga peeneks ja panin ootele. Viimasena valmistasin ette porgandid, mille riivisin. Pott tulele, sorts \u00f5li ja soolaliha sisse, ma praadisin teda potip\u00f5hjas nii kaua kuni ta oli ikka m\u00f5nusalt pruun, j\u00e4rgmisena lisasin sibula ja k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu, praadisin ka nemad l\u00e4bi viimasena lisasin porgandi ja kui ka tema oli kuuma saanud ja pisut l\u00f6nti vajunud lisasin keeva vee. Siis lisasin hapukapsa, panin potile kaane peale ja j\u00e4tsin podisema, keerasin ka kuumust pisut v\u00e4hemaks.<\/div>\n<div>Maitsestada tuleks siis kui kapsas on juba m\u00f5nusalt l\u00e4bi keenud (mitte pudiks loomulikult). Lisasin p\u00e4ris korralikult soola, pisut suhkrut, pisut pipart ja sortsu \u00e4\u00e4dikat, et oleks k\u00f5iki maitseid tunda. K\u00f5ik oleneb kui soolane on soolaliha, kui hapu on hapukapsas, kui magusad on sibul ja porgand, need on k\u00f5ik nii suhtelised, et ise tuleb lihtsalt maitsed paika timmida.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>See on ka \u00fcks sellistest suppidest mis j\u00e4rgmine p\u00e4ev on veel maitsvam, nii et v\u00f5ib julgelt suurema portsu teha :).<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>V\u00e4ga lihtne tegemine ja kui maitsed t\u00e4pselt paika saada, on see supp imemaitsev.
