Seega on inimesi kellele ta istub ja keda ajab juba l\u00f5hn iiveldama. \u00dcle\u00fcldiselt on mul India k\u00f6\u00f6giga kokkupuude v\u00e4ike, kuid j\u00e4rjest rohkem pean ma katsetama ja uurima, sest see on mu venna \u00fcks lemmikumaid k\u00f6\u00f6ke.<br \/>\nNii et mis seals muud, kui katsetama :).<\/p>\n<p><b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<u><b>Marineerimiseks<\/b><\/u><br \/>\n<b>1 kana v\u00f5i 750 g kana kintsu <\/b>(t\u00fckeldasin ise terve kana, kuna minu arust on see m\u00f5istlikum ja mulle meeldib et on nii rinda, kintsu kui koiba).<br \/>\n<b>120 ml maitsestamata jogurtit<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 spl sidrunimahla v\u00f5i riisi\u00e4\u00e4dikat<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 spl kurkumi<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 spl garam masala segu<\/b><br \/>\n<b>0,5 spl t\u0161illipulbrit<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 spl jahvatatud k\u00f6\u00f6mneid<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 spl riivitud ingveri<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Mina siis k\u00f5igepealt t\u00fckeldasin kana, l\u00f5ikasin liha kontide k\u00fcljest lahti ja t\u00fckeldasin liha suup\u00e4rasteks t\u00fckikesteks. Kuna ma v\u00e4ga palju ostan tervet kana, siis me peres leidsime sellise viisi, et saab ka kana-keha \u00e4ra kasutada, selles tuleks ta kokku m\u00e4\u00e4rida \u00f5li, soola, pipra, suitsutatud paprika v\u00f5i \u00fcksk\u00f5ik mis maitseainesegudega ja k\u00fcpsetada ahjus 210 kraadi juures 1 tund, seekord lisasin ka juurde tiivad, kuna neis nii v\u00e4he liha ja parem on neid kr\u00f5bedast peast s\u00fc\u00fca. Selleks et ta ikka ilusti k\u00e4ima l\u00e4heks ja kerkima hakkaks, lasen ma potis soojaks vee, suhkru ja jogurti, natuke soojemaks kui k\u00e4esoe. J\u00e4rgmisena kaalun v\u00e4lja teise kaussi jahu ja soola. Kui vee-jogurti segu on soe, lisan kuivp\u00e4rmi ja segan niikaua kuni ta on lahustunud. Siis lisan vee-jogurti segule juurde jahusegu ja tekib m\u00f5nus, mitte eriti kuiv taigen. Siis ma v\u00f5tan ta t\u00f6\u00f6pinnale ja s\u00f5tkun umbes 5 minutit, ta on pisut kleepuv aga mitte v\u00e4ga, natuke v\u00f5ib jahu juurde panna aga mitte palju, muidu tulevad naanid hiljem liiga k\u00f5vad. Praen teda niikaua kuni kana on enamjaolt valge, ta marinaadi t\u00f5ttu v\u00e4ga pealt ei pruunistu. Lisan juurde tomatipasta, suhkru ja soola ning madaldan temperatuuri, et vaikselt podiseks u 15-20 min. Siis tuleks maitsta, kas k\u00f5ik on sobilik ja siis veel midagi juurde lisada (soola, suhkrut vms), j\u00e4rgmisena lisada v\u00f5i ja koor, ning lasta korra veel l\u00e4bi kuumutada ja valmis ta ongi. Lasta keema ja v\u00f5tta tulelt kui ta on veel pisut vedel, see tagab mahlakama riisi. Mina keedan alati kookosriisi ilma kaaneta.<\/p>\n<p>Kui riis ja kana erinevates potsikutes podisevad, tuleb edasi tegeleda ka naaniga, selleks tuleb eelnevalt kerkinud taigent uuesti s\u00f5tkuda, et saaks \u00f5humullid v\u00e4lja ja siis jagada see taigen umbes t\u00e4pselt kaheksaks t\u00fckikeseks. Siis kasutasin taignarulli ja rullisin nad mitte v\u00e4ga \u00f5hukeseks aga ka mitte v\u00e4ga paksuks.
