Kasutasin erineva kujuga makarone, sest niimoodi kapis lihtsalt leidus, tegin juurde <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=83\">be\u0161amell kastme<\/a> (mis on tuntud ka kui tavaline valge jahukaste), praadisin kr\u00f5bedaks sibulad, hakkisin singi ja k\u00f5ik koos nad ahju l\u00e4ksidki. Samal ajal koorisin ma sibulad ja praadisin neid madalal kuumusel v\u00f5i sees, et nad muutuks kuldseks ja kr\u00f5bedaks. Sibula lisamine annab minu arust palju maitsekust juurde.<\/div>\n<div>Siis hakkasin tegema be\u0161amell kastet, selleks kuumutasin kastruli p\u00f5hjas v\u00f5i, lisasin jahu ja praadisin seda segu. Kui on nad omavahel segunenud ja pisut aega kuuma saanud, siis lisan piima ja segan v\u00e4ga hoolega ja ruttu, lisan ka soola ja pipart.
