Eesti enda inimeste poolt vabas \u00f5hus kasvatatud, imemaitsvalt suitsutatud, ei raatsinud ma midagi \u00e4ra visata, isegi koertele ei raatsinud anda. Rinnad ja kintsud s\u00f5ime muidugi niisama \u00e4ra, aga k\u00f5ik kondid ja muud kohad, kus liha oli v\u00e4he, otsustasin panna potti ja teha \u00fcks oasupp. Loomulikult oleks see supp veel parem tulnud, kui mul oleks olnud kuivatatud ube, mida eelmine \u00f5htu likku panna, aga mida pole seda pole ja tuli leppida konserveeritutega.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Vaja on:<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b>suitsutatud pardi konte <\/b>(sobivad ka m\u00f5ne muu looma suitsutatud kondid, mida aga k\u00e4tte saad :).<br \/>\n<b>2 sibulat<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2-3 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 suurem porgand<\/b><br \/>\n<b>3 loorberilehte<\/b><br \/>\n<b>peop\u00f5hjat\u00e4is musta pipra teri<\/b><br \/>\n<b>u 2 l vett<\/b><br \/>\n<b>4 kartulit\u00a0<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 purgit\u00e4is valgeid ube<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 purgit\u00e4is punaseid ube<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 purgit\u00e4is punaseid kidney ube<\/b><br \/>\n<b>sool;pipar<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 spl \u00e4\u00e4dikat <\/b>(valikuline, aga annab m\u00f5nusalt s\u00e4rtsu juurde)<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt koorisin ja hakkisin sibula, k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu ja porgandi. Siis kui oli soola;pipra kogustega rahul, lisasin ka \u00e4\u00e4dika.
