Besee on pealt pisut kr\u00f5be ning seest m\u00f5nusalt pehme ja kerge. K\u00f5ige klassikalisem pavlova on vahukoore ja marjadega, mis minu arust on ka k\u00f5ige maitsvam. Terve talv l\u00e4bi ma tegin teda enda korjatud ja s\u00fcgavk\u00fclmikusse pandud marjadega, kuid ta ei n\u00e4inud k\u00f5ige esteetilisem v\u00e4lja, kuigi mega maitsev. Selle aja jooksul j\u00f5uan v\u00e4lja kaaluda suhkru. Kui munavalge on selline valge ja vahutav, hakkan vaikselt juurde lisama suhkrut. Kui kogu suhkur on lisatud, panen ta t\u00e4ie v\u00f5imsusega t\u00f6\u00f6le ja lasen 10 minutit vahustada. Mina pean lausa kella j\u00e4lgima, kuna mu k\u00e4rsitu loomus tahaks teda alati v\u00e4hem vahustada. Minule meeldib, et ta igakord n\u00e4eb pisut teistmoodi v\u00e4lja. Kui kogu besee on kausist v\u00e4lja v\u00f5etud, t\u00f5mban ma spaatliga veel tippe \u00fcles, et l\u00f5pptulemus j\u00e4\u00e4ks uhkem.<\/div>\n<div>N\u00fc\u00fcd on ta valmis minema ahju ja kohe ahju pannes keerata temperatuur 110 kraadi juurde.<\/div>\n<div>Ahjus peab ta k\u00fcpsema\/kuivama umbes 1,5 tundi.
