Mina otsustasin teha tagurpidi koogi, kus rabarber k\u00fcpseb karamelli sees ja muutub eriti m\u00f5nusaks. K\u00f5ige kuulsam tagurpidi kook on ikka tarte tatin, mida klassikaliselt tehakse \u00f5una ja lehttaignaga. Siis l\u00f5igata k\u00fclmkapik\u00fclmast v\u00f5ist kuubikud ja asetada need jahule. Mina hakkisin taignakaabitsaga segu s\u00f5meraks, kuna mul kivist t\u00f6\u00f6pind siis mingit teravat nuga pole m\u00f5tet n\u00fcristada. Kui segu on selline pudine ja s\u00f5mer, v\u00f5tan ma k\u00fclma vee lahustan sinna sisse suhkru ja soola, ning v\u00e4hehaaval lisan taignale ja vormin ta siledaks. K\u00e4esoojus hakkab kohe v\u00f5id sulatama, seega tuleb tegutseda ruttu kui efektiivselt. Kui rabarberid on meelep\u00e4rase kuju ja suurusega, tuleks nad k\u00f5ik madala kuumusega podisevas karamellikastmes natuke pehmemaks k\u00fcpsetada, mitte p\u00e4ris l\u00f6diks aga nii et nad hoiaksid veel oma kuju kuid oleks juba pehmed. V\u00f5ib ka ahju n\u00fc\u00fcd kuuma panna 220 kraadi juurde (kasutasin alguses grillre\u017eiimi, hiljem keerasin kuumuse 200 peale), kes kasutavad poelehttaigent vaadaku paki pealt, aga seal vist umbes sama kraad. Rullin j\u00e4lle lahti ja voldin uuesti kokku, et tekiksid need kihid. Siis rullin ta vormi suuruseks ja natuke \u00fcle\u00e4\u00e4re ka, sest ma l\u00fckkan seda taignaserva rabarberite alla, see ei paista ilus aga ei tasu unustada et see ongi tagurpidi kook ja \u00fclemine osa v\u00f5ib olla koledam :D. Ahjus lasen ma tal k\u00fcpseda umbes 20 minutit ja siis v\u00f5tan v\u00e4lja jahtuma, et teda oleks hiljem v\u00f5imalik keerata. Enne keeramist aitasin ma taigna\u00e4\u00e4red noaga lahti ja tuli v\u00e4ga ilusti vormi k\u00fcljest lahti, natuke lendas karamelli laiali, aga \u00f5nneks v\u00e4he :). Esiteks tuleks saaki pidevalt korjata, sest vanad varred muutuvad vintskeks ja uusi ei kasva peale nii k\u00e4rmelt. Teiseks tuleks hoolitseda et ta on pidevalt kastetud, sest muidu v\u00f5ivad rabarberivarred hakata puituma.
