Selleks on \u00fclih\u00f5rk rabarberimoos, mille teeb eriliseks pikka aega keetmine, mis suhkru \u00e4ra karamelliseerib ning l\u00f5pptulemus j\u00e4\u00e4b v\u00e4ga p\u00f5nev ja maitsev. Kahjuks on minu rabarberitaime koht vilets ja taim ise kidur, kuid \u00f5nneks on meil naabrinaine, kes t\u00f5i suure kastit\u00e4ie rabarbereid (umbes 8 kilo) mille me k\u00f5ik moosiks keetmine. T\u00fc\u00fctu k\u00fcll koorida, l\u00f5ikuda, paksuks keeta, kuid see k\u00f5ik on seda v\u00e4\u00e4rt :).<\/p>\n<p><b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 kilo kooritud rabarbereid<\/b><br \/>\n<b>500 g suhkrut<\/b><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt siis tuleks \u00e4ra koorida rabarberivarred ja l\u00f5ikuda nad suhteliselt \u00f5hukeseks. J\u00e4rgmisena ma panen kuuma moosi kuuma purki, peale kuum kaas ja asetan nad tagurpidi lauale (see aitab kohe \u00e4ra n\u00e4ha, kui m\u00f5ni purk on halvasti kinni keeratud, ei ole p\u00e4rast sahvris hallitanud \u00fcllatust). Kui nad on jahtunud, keeran nad \u00f5iget pidi ja viin sahvrisse oma korda ootama.<br \/>\nMinu lapsep\u00f5lve kook on muretaigna p\u00f5hjal moosi-purukook, mida mu Ema tegi alatasa, sinna sobiski mingi hapukam moos, nii et kindlalt on sellel rabarberimoosil l\u00f6\u00f6ki :).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Esimene selleaastane hoidistamine on tehtud.
