Pesto tegemine ei ole absoluutselt keeruline, on vaja m\u00f5ni n\u00fcanss enda jaoks l\u00e4bi m\u00f5elda ja valmis ta ongi. On olemas klassikaline basiilikupesto &#8211; <em>pesto genovese<\/em>, mida mina juba rikun, kuna ei eelista ega kasuta oliiv\u00f5li, vaid hoopis kodumaist rapsikat. Kuid mina nii usin ei ole ja toetun t\u00e4nap\u00e4eva tehnikale. Kasutan selleks kannmikserit, mis mul selle koguse ilusasti \u00e4ra mahutab.<\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt panen ma panni kuuma ja r\u00f6stin \u00e4ra seemned\/p\u00e4hklid, ilma igasuguse rasvaineta. Segu tuleb pidevalt j\u00e4lgida, kuna k\u00f5rbema l\u00e4inud seeme\/p\u00e4hkel v\u00f5ib kogu pesto kibedaks muuta. Soolaga ei maksa alguses liialdada, sest juust on ka ise soolane, hiljem saab alati juurde panna.<br \/>\nViimasena kallan segu \u00fcle rapsi\u00f5liga, nii et masin saaks ilusti t\u00f6\u00f6le hakata. Purke tuleks hoida k\u00fclmas ja pestot usinalt tarbida. Peale pesto pasta sobib ta v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti kokku tomatiga ja mingisuguse saiatootega, ideaalne suupiste v\u00f5i kerge l\u00f5unaeine.<\/p>\n<p>Pesto pasta jaoks ma keedan spagette, mis on minu lemmiksort pestoga s\u00fc\u00fces, loomulikult sobivad k\u00f5ik muud ka, mis endale rohkem meeldib.<br \/>\nKeedan spagetid \u00e4ra, j\u00e4tan pisut keeduvedelikku p\u00f5hja (paar spl t\u00e4it) ja segan pesto kuuma pasta hulka, lisan veel pisut soola ja v\u00e4rskelt jahvatatud pipart ja s\u00f6\u00f6k valmis saigi :).<\/p>\n<p>V\u00e4rv ja konsistents olenevad suuresti mis masinat v\u00f5i t\u00f6\u00f6tlemisviisi kasutada. M\u00f5ni masin on v\u00f5imsam ja teeb peenemaks, teine j\u00e4llegi j\u00e4tab suuremad t\u00fckid, mist\u00f5ttu segu ei pruugi nii heleroheline tulla.
