Kuid mingit moodi tahtsin ma ka kurgi v\u00e4rskust purki panna, tegin siis sellise hoidise mis on t\u00e4pselt v\u00e4rske ja marineeritud kurgi piiril. See, et ma ei pane \u00fclearu \u00e4\u00e4dikat ja kuumutan teda minimaalselt, muudab teda pirtsakaks s\u00e4ilitamise suhtes aga \u00f5nneks meie perele l\u00e4ks see salat v\u00e4ga peale, nii et on lootust et s\u00fc\u00fcakse enne \u00e4ra. Siis l\u00f5ikan \u00e4ra sabakesed, millega nad taime k\u00fclge kinnituvad ja lasen l\u00e4bi k\u00f6\u00f6gikombaini viilutamisketta. Lisan hakitud k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu, sibula ja tilli. Kuumutan neid pisut aega, umbes 2-4 minutit ja siis lisan korraga viilutatud kurgid ja keeran kohe pliidil tule kinni.
