Marju v\u00f5ib kasutada igasuguseid ja nii k\u00fclmutatud kui v\u00e4rskel kujul, kuid s\u00fcgavk\u00fclma marja puhul tuleb p\u00f5hi enne l\u00e4bi k\u00fcpsetada, muidu ei tule p\u00f5hi m\u00f5nusalt mure. Minu lemmik marjakombo on punased ja mustad s\u00f5strad, nad on m\u00f5lemad nii maitsekad kui ka ilusa v\u00e4rviga :).<\/p>\n<p>Tegin kooki 28 cm diameetriga keraamilises vormis.<\/p>\n<p><b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b><u>P\u00f5hi:<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b>100 g soolast k\u00fclmkapi k\u00fclma v\u00f5id<\/b><br \/>\n<b>70 g suhkrut<\/b><br \/>\n<b>175 g nisujahu<\/b><br \/>\n<b>0,5 tl k\u00fcpsetuspulbrit<\/b><br \/>\n<b>1 muna<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Kui on olemas, siis k\u00f6\u00f6gikombainiga saab taigna tehtud v\u00e4ga v\u00e4hese vaevaga. V\u00e4rskete puhul v\u00f5id panna vormi koos taignaga k\u00fclmkappi, et v\u00f5i sulama ei hakkaks. Kuskile r\u00e4ndama see aeg minna ei saa, sest paksenemine toimub \u00e4kki. Lihtsalt vaikselt lusikaga segan teda, kuni ta muutub paksuks, ajaliselt 7-8 minutit vist.
