Kasutasin <i>balsamico<\/i>t ehk palsami\u00e4\u00e4dikat ehk fermenteeritud viinamarjadest tehtud tume \u00e4\u00e4dikas. Ta ei ole nii \u00fche\u00fclbaline ega kange kui meie klassikaline 30% \u00e4\u00e4dikas. Igatahes tasub teda koju osta ja proovida.<\/p>\n<p>Tomatisalat tuleb ilusam kui kasutada erinevat v\u00e4rvi tomateid.<br \/>\nSobib peaaegu k\u00f5ikide toitude juurde salatiks, sobib suupistelauale, kus erinevad juustud-oliivid-salaamid-lihal\u00f5igud, eriti ideaalne amps tuleb kui v\u00f5tta<i> ciabatta<\/i>, panna pisut basiilikupestot ja siis t\u00fckike seda tomatit, vot see on \u00fcks ideaalsetest ampsudest siin elus.<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Vaja on:<\/u><\/b><br \/>\n<b>Tomateid<\/b> (u 500 g)<br \/>\n<b>Soola <\/b>(mul soolaveski ja sealt keerutasin 2-3 tiiru)<br \/>\n<b>Suhkrut <\/b>(3-4 tl)<br \/>\n<a style=\"clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;\" href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_3296.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/IMG_3296-300x200.jpg\" width=\"200\" height=\"133\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"1067\" data-original-width=\"1600\"><\/a><b><i>Balsamico<\/i>t <\/b>(3-4 spl)<br \/>\n<b>Tilli<\/b> (1-2 spl)<\/p>\n<p>Kirsstomatid l\u00f5igata pooleks, suuremad tomatid neljaks. Segasin, et maitsed seguneksid ja oligi valmis. Tomatisalatitele ei tohi karta suhkru lisamist, sest suhkur on tomatimaitse parim v\u00e4ljatooja. Enamus toitudel on see sool aga vot tomatil hoopis suhkur :). Kuid \u00e4ra selle suhkrujutu peale seda \u00fclearu pane ega soola t\u00e4itsa \u00e4ra unusta, kui hakkad seda tegema ja maitsed j\u00e4rjest siis saad aru millest ma r\u00e4\u00e4gin :).<\/p>\n<p>Seda salatit v\u00f5ib vabalt varem valmis teha, kuna seistes ta maitseomadused parenevad veelgi.<br \/>\nIgatahes meie pere ja k\u00fclaliste seas on see lihtsasti valmiv salat t\u00e4ielik hitt.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Imelihtne salat, mida saab teha aastaringselt.
