Mozzarella annab pehmuse, p\u00e4ikesekuivatatud tomat m\u00f5nusa hapuka alatooni ja spinat annab v\u00e4rvi ja kasulikkust. Kana v\u00f5ib t\u00e4ita ka igasuguste lihatoodetega: salaami, peekoni, singiga ja lisada kas sulajuustu v\u00f5i fetat, variante on palju.<br \/>\nKoguseliselt arvestasin \u00f5htus\u00f6\u00f6giks \u00fche t\u00e4idetud kana inimese kohta. (M\u00f5ni t\u00fckk j\u00e4i \u00fcle ka :)).<\/p>\n<p><b>Vaja on:<\/b><br \/>\n<b>4 kanafileed<\/b><br \/>\n<b>2 mozzarella palli <\/b>(ehk 2 pakki)<br \/>\n<b>0,5 purgit\u00e4it p\u00e4ikesekuivatatud tomateid \u00f5lis<\/b><br \/>\n<b>4 peot\u00e4it spinatit<\/b><br \/>\n<b>sool;pipar<\/b><br \/>\n<b>praadimiseks \u00f5li ja v\u00f5id<\/b><\/p>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt tuleks fileedele l\u00f5igata terava noaga taskud, mida saaks t\u00e4ita. Viimasena lisasin ka spinati, l\u00fckkasin veel \u00e4\u00e4rte alla nii palju kui v\u00f5imalik. Kasutasin ka hambaorke, et t\u00e4idis ilusasti sisse j\u00e4\u00e4ks.<br \/>\nMina alguses pruunistasin nad pannil ja siis panin nad ahju 200 kraadi juurde k\u00fcpsema. Kuid saab ka ainult pannil v\u00f5i ainult ahjus nad valmis k\u00fcpsetada, kuidas keegi ise eelistab.<br \/>\nPannile panin nii v\u00f5id kui \u00f5li, sest v\u00f5i l\u00e4heb \u00fcksi k\u00e4rssama ja \u00f5li p\u00e4\u00e4stab olukorra, kuid v\u00f5i rammusus annab kanale palju juurde.<br \/>\nKui t\u00fckid on pruunistatud, k\u00fcpsetasin ma neid veel umbes 20-25 minutit 200 kraadi juures ahjus.
