Seekord tegin ma t\u00e4iesti tavalise \u00fchepajatoidu lihaga, t\u00e4pselt sellistest asjadest mis mul kapis leidus &#8211; pisut liha, kartulit, porgandit, sibulat, k\u00fc\u00fcslauku ja brokolit. Kes liha f\u00e4nn pole v\u00f5i teda lihtsalt ei s\u00f6\u00f6, siis umbes aasta aega tagasi tegin ma <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=146\">\u00fchepajatoidu lihata<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div><b><u>Vaja on:<\/u><\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>u 400-500 g sealiha<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>8 keskmist kartulit<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>5 porgandit<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>1 sibul<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>2 k\u00fc\u00fcslaugu k\u00fc\u00fcnt<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>1 brokoli pea<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>sool;pipar<\/b><\/div>\n<div><b>vett<\/b><\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Kes teevad ka teda puudega k\u00f6etavas ahjus, peaksid ise oma kraade ja aegu j\u00e4lgima. Siis ma asetasin nad juba potip\u00f5hjale ja maitsestasin nad soola ja pipraga \u00e4ra. N\u00fc\u00fcd v\u00f5ib ka ahju kuumenema panna 200 kraadi juurde. J\u00e4rgmisega koorisin ja l\u00f5ikusin sibula ja k\u00fc\u00fcslaugud ning l\u00f5ikusin liha. Siis panin panni pliidile ja praadisin liha koos sibula ja k\u00fc\u00fcslauguga \u00e4ra. T\u00e4iesti l\u00e4bi ma liha ei k\u00fcpsetanud, eesm\u00e4rk oli pealt pruunistada et annaks \u00fchepajatoidule paremat mekki. Siis panin ma praetud liha koos sibula ja k\u00fc\u00fcslauguga potis olevatele kartulitele ja porganditele peale.
