On vaidlusi, et \u00f5ige Kiievi kotlet on vaid siis kui on k\u00fcljes ka tiivakont, m\u00f5ni \u00fcldse toksib lihahaamriga filee \u00f5hukeseks ja keerab ta v\u00f5i \u00fcmber rulli. Eks see t\u00f5de on nagu ikka kuskil vahepeal. Mina fileerisin kaks tervet kana \u00e4ra, ostan alati maitsestamata terve kana, <a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/?p=66\">miks? saab lugeda siit<\/a>. Ja siis tegin fileedesse terava v\u00e4ikse noaga taskukesed, mille t\u00e4idan maitsestatud v\u00f5iga, siis paneerin ja praen \u00f5li-v\u00f5i segus. Sahkerdamist on ikka omajagu, aga nii head kui omatehtud leiab mujalt harva :).<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_4877wwwww.jpg\" style=\"clear: right; float: right; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: 1em;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"1600\" data-original-width=\"1200\" height=\"400\" src=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_4877wwwww-225x300.jpg\" width=\"300\" \/><\/a><br \/><b>Lisanditeks<\/b> olen teinud tavalist keedutatart (sest tatrale sobib v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti Kiievi kotleti seest v\u00e4lja tulev sulav\u00f5i).<br \/>Ja olen ka veel teinud tavalist salatit kuhu marineerisin ise sibulat sisse, mis sobis ka v\u00e4ga h\u00e4sti (pildil).<\/p>\n<p><b><u>Vaja on:<\/u><\/b><br \/><b>4 kana rinnafileed<\/b><br \/><b>125 g v\u00f5id<\/b><br \/><b>4 k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcnt<\/b><br \/><b>peot\u00e4is tilli <\/b>(iga suvi kogun s\u00fcgavk\u00fclma ja siis talv l\u00e4bi hea v\u00f5tta)<br \/><b>sool; must pipar<\/b><br \/><b>50 g jahu<\/b><br \/><b>100 g riivsaia<\/b><br \/><b>1 muna + nats vett<\/b><br \/><b>4 spl v\u00f5id + \u00f5li praadimiseks<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Kuna ostan alati terved maitsestamata kanad, siis k\u00f5igepealt t\u00fckeldan ma nad portsjoniteks: fileed l\u00e4hevad kohe kasutusse, tiivad-koivad-kintsud karbiga s\u00fcgavk\u00fclma ja r\u00fcmbad maitseainetega ahju ning hiljem saab keeta maitserohke supi.<\/p>\n<table cellpadding=\"0\" cellspacing=\"0\" style=\"float: left; margin-right: 1em; text-align: left;\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_3324.jpg\" style=\"clear: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-left: auto; margin-right: auto;\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" data-original-height=\"1067\" data-original-width=\"1600\" height=\"133\" src=\"https:\/\/maaneiu.ee\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/IMG_3324-300x200.jpg\" width=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<tr>\n<td style=\"text-align: center;\">T\u00fckeldatud 2 tervet kana<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>K\u00f5igepealt teen valmis maitsev\u00f5i. Selleks kaussi v\u00f5i, pressitud k\u00fc\u00fcslauguk\u00fc\u00fcned, till, sool, pipar ja segan. On mul juhtunud k\u00f5ike seda, puhtalt harjutamise ja ettevaatlikuse k\u00fcsimus. Teise kaussi kaalun jahu ja lisan juurde riivsaia ja pisut soola-pipart ka.<br \/>K\u00f5igepealt kastad kotleti muna sisse, siis riivsaia-jahu segusse, siis uuesti muna ja uuesti riivsaia-jahu segu, siis tuleb see pealiskate m\u00f5nusalt paks ja praadides muutub m\u00f5nusalt kr\u00f5bedaks. Peale praadimist veel 5 min ahju<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>Aga kui tahad kohe k\u00fcpsetada siis see ka tore, pann kuuma, lisad v\u00f5i ja \u00f5li ning praed keskmisel kuumusel 5-8 minutit, oluline et pealpind oleks hea kr\u00f5be ja kuldne.<br \/>Mina panen ta veel 5 minutiks 200 kraadi juurde k\u00fcpsema, et oleks kindlalt l\u00e4bi k\u00fcpsenud aga mahlane, sest pannil algusest-l\u00f5puni k\u00fcpsetades v\u00f5ib ta \u00e4ra kuivada v\u00f5i kummiseks muutuda.<br \/>Kiievi kotleti tuleb kindlasti soojalt serveerida, et m\u00f5nus sulav\u00f5i sulle taldrikusse voolaks ja k\u00f5ik \u00e4ra maitsestaks, eks see Kiievi kotleti v\u00f5lu olegi :).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ehk kr\u00f5be kanarind mis on t\u00e4idetud tilli-k\u00fc\u00fcslauguse v\u00f5iga.
